How long does delivery take?

Accessories & Products: Usually 10 to 30 business Days. Due to high demand of some of our most popular products, please allow 20 to 35 Business Days for delivery.

If your order hasn’t arrived in the estimated delivery times, please contact our support.

If your order hasn’t arrived within 60 days of the date of original purchase, contact our support team.

I’ve placed an order with multiple items recently, can I combine them into one package?

Since we have different warehouses, we don’t have all our products in one place, so when you order multiple items at a time, each item will be shipped separately. So you’ll probably receive one item before the next. Don’t panic if you don’t receive all of your items at once… They will get to you! 🙂

I’ve put a wrong shipping address and/or picked a wrong size/variant! Can I change it?

If this happens to you, email us as soon as possible, we MIGHT be able to take care of it. However, we can’t promise anything as all our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out the same day or a few days after. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won’t be able to stop it. Contact us anyway, we still care and we’ll try to make it right for you. We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can’t use.

From where do you ship?
We ship from all over the world but most of our suppliers are based in China.

What is your refund policy?

We are able to offer 100% refund if the item has not shipped. Please contact us to find out whether or not it has been shipped.

Return Unsatisfactory Product

If there is no quality-related issue but you are still not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible to return the items for refund within 7 days of receiving your order. We will refund you the item price after we have received your package and inspected it. You will be responsible for all shipping fees incurred.
PS: All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused, unwashed and with original tags and packaging.

Do I Need To Pay Import Taxes And Tariffs?

Many countries do not charge import duties on private items below a certain stated value. However,
you may find that you have to pay taxes when goods you’ve ordered from us arrive in your country.
Electronic items are the most commonly taxed items. If you are ordering a phone, or tablet we strongly recommend you to check.
We advise you to find out about the local regulations prior to ordering from us. You can also request a low value declaration to help avoid any taxes.
